By placing an order, you (\u201cCustomer\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) agree to the terms stated herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Nature of Products &amp; Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company sells <strong>installation-based water ionizer systems and related products<\/strong>, which are delivered and installed by authorized personnel at the customer\u2019s location. These products are <strong>custom-installed and non-resalable after installation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. No Return \/ No Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products are <strong>non-returnable and non-refundable once installed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the <strong>hygienic, customized installation and usage nature<\/strong>, no return, exchange, or refund shall be entertained after installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders may only be cancelled <strong>prior to installation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any <strong>token amount \/ booking amount paid shall be strictly non-refundable<\/strong>, even in case of cancellation before installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once installation is completed, <strong>no cancellation requests shall be accepted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>100% payment must be completed prior to installation<\/strong> of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders shall not be processed for installation unless full payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company reserves the right to <strong>refuse or delay installation<\/strong> in case of incomplete payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. EMI \/ Payment Gateway Terms (Razorpay \/ PayU \/ Stripe Compliance)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company may offer <strong>EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options<\/strong> through third-party payment partners, including but not limited to Razorpay, PayU, and Stripe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of EMI is <strong>solely at the discretion of the issuing bank or financial institution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Does <strong>not guarantee EMI approval<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is <strong>not responsible for EMI rejection, interest rates, processing fees, or charges applied by banks<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of order cancellation (before installation):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Processing fees, convenience fees, EMI conversion charges, or gateway charges are non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of disputes related to EMI:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers must directly contact their <strong>bank or payment provider<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once a transaction is successfully processed:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company shall <strong>not be liable for chargebacks or disputes raised without valid reason<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may lead to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blacklisting of the customer from future transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Delivery &amp; Installation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company <strong>does not ship or courier products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products are delivered and installed by <strong>authorized technicians\/engineers<\/strong> at the Customer\u2019s specified location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation is considered as <strong>final delivery and acceptance of the product<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Checkout detailed <a href=\"https:\/\/freshmindwave.com\/mediqua\/shipping-installation-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"161\">Shipping and Installation Policy.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Warranty &amp; Service Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products are covered under <strong>manufacturer\/company warranty<\/strong>, as communicated at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During warranty:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repairs shall be carried out by <strong>authorized service personnel<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products may be taken to the <strong>service center for diagnosis\/repair<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the <strong>free service period<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No service or visit charges will be applied<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Post-Warranty Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After expiry of the free service period:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All services, visits, repairs, and replacements shall be <strong>chargeable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charges shall be communicated prior to service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Buyback \/ Resale Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers may request a buyback of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May offer a price after <strong>inspection and evaluation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is <strong>not obligated to accept buyback requests<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories and consumables are <strong>not eligible for buyback<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company shall not be liable for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum liability shall not exceed the <strong>amount paid by the Customer for the product<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13. Fraud Prevention &amp; Transaction Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company reserves the right to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancel any order suspected of fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request additional KYC or verification before processing orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14. Governing Law &amp; Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in <strong>Noida, Uttar Pradesh<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15.
