This Shipping, Delivery & Installation Policy (“Policy”) outlines how FreshMindWave Pvt Ltd (FMW) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) processes orders and delivers products to customers.
1. Nature of Order Fulfillment (Important Disclosure)
- We do not ship or courier products via third-party logistics providers.
- All products are delivered and installed by our authorized technician/engineer at the customer’s location.
- The website is used for lead generation only, and orders are finalized via: Calls, WhatsApp, Email, Physical meetings/demos
2. Order Confirmation Timeline
- Once a customer confirms the purchase: Order details are verified by our team and Payment confirmation is completed.
- Order confirmation timeline: Within 24–48 hours of final confirmation and payment
3. Order Processing Timeline
- After confirmation, the order is processed for: Installation planning, Product allocation, Technician scheduling
- Processing Time: Up-to 1 week days
4. Delivery & Installation Timeline
- Delivery is completed along with installation by our technician.
Estimated Timeline:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

- Customer availability

5. Installation Requirements
Customers must:
- Provide access to installation location
- Ensure availability of: Water source with RO & Power supply
- Be present (or assign a representative) during installation
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery/installation may be delayed due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address/contact details
- Natural events (weather, strikes, etc.)
- Unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, our team will, inform the customer and reschedule installation accordingly
7. Delivery Charges
- Delivery and installation charges (if applicable) will be communicated during the sales process
- Any additional charges (if required due to special conditions) will be informed in advance
8. Order Completion
- An order is considered successfully delivered once:
- Product is installed
- Basic demonstration is completed
9. Failed Delivery / Installation Attempts
- If installation cannot be completed due to: customer absence or site not ready
The Company reserves the right to: reschedule installation and/or apply additional visit charges (if applicable)
10. Payment Condition for Delivery
- Delivery and installation will only be scheduled after: Full payment is received, or Approved EMI/payment arrangement is completed
