IIT-Roorkee alumnus, technology entrepreneur, and wellness advocate with 17+ years of leadership across AI, business consulting, and digital transformation. Driven by a belief that better health begins with better fundamentals, he leads FreshMindWave’s mission to advance preventive wellness through science-backed hydration solutions, trusted hydrogen-rich alkaline water ionizer technology, and informed lifestyle choices. He is also the Founder of #CuriousTitans.
Over a multi-decade journey, he has overseen digital transformation, artificial intelligence integrations, and complex consulting networks. Dedicated to fostering health advocacy, Nilesh directs Mediqua’s commercial expansion in North India, helping revolutionary South Korean water technology deliver elevated wellness experiences to Indian homes.

A growth strategist with 15+ years of leadership experience, Debolena combines boardroom expertise with a deeply personal commitment to family wellness. She leads business development, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives at FreshMindWave.
Motherhood and caring for her ageing father reshaped her perspective on preventive health. Having led growth at PwC India, Naukri.com, 99acres.com and Nickelfox as AVP Marketing, she champions sustainable wellbeing through informed choices. A post-graduate from Delhi University and Xavier’s Mumbai, she is also the Co-founder of #CuriousTitans.
