4. EMI Terms (Gateway Compliance)
- EMI is facilitated via third-party providers (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe)
- Approval is subject to bank / financial institution policies
- The Company is not responsible for:
- EMI approval or rejection
- Interest rates or charges
- All EMI disputes must be handled with the issuing bank
5. No Return / Cancellation Policy
- No return / refund after installation
- Token amount is non-refundable
- Cancellation only before installation

6. Installation & Delivery
- No courier shipping
- Product is delivered and installed by a company technician
- Installation = final acceptance

7. Warranty & Service
- As per product warranty terms
- Free service during the service period
- Paid service after expiry
8. User Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide correct information, cooperate during installation, and use the product as instructed.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to FreshMindWave Pvt Ltd.
10. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
11. Fraud & Chargebacks
- Fraudulent disputes may lead to legal action
- The Company reserves the right to verify transactions
12. Jurisdiction
